Who Needs Sex Therapy?
If you are an adult (18+) who has had sex, is having sex, or thinking about having sex then YOU need sex therapy!
Sex isn’t about inserting Tab A into Slot B or C or even D, it’s about understanding your needs, wants, desires, and being able to truthfully communicate those needs, wants, and desires to your partner(s). Sexual exploration is about physical, mental, emotional, and sometimes an almost spiritual intimate experience. Sex is a natural part of who we are. It is a healthy enjoyable way to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being if it is done with respect for self and partner(s). Let’s talk about how you can improve your sexual well-being!
